FATHER & FATHER mixes hymns and gunshots with screeching tires and mumbled prayers. It takes place in churches and convents and back alleys and bars. It’s set in New York City, home to 2,000 churches -- and probably 50 times as many criminals. With so many resources, how could it not take place in the Big Apple?
